What we expect from colivers:

• Respect others, and please treat fellow residents with kindness and respect. 

• Maintain open and respectful communication with coliving hosts and fellow residents.

• Always ask one of the hosts and the other guests in the house for permission if you want to bring someone for a visit. Make sure everybody in the house knows you’re bringing a friend. It’s not allowed to have guests staying overnight without permission.

• Keep noise levels down: please be quiet after 23:00, and try to avoid disturbing others, especially during the workdays.

• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and personal areas.

• Wash dishes and areas after you have used them.

• Store your groceries on the shelves dedicated to you, and refrain from taking items that belong to others without their approval.

• Contribute positively to the coliving atmosphere.

• Smoking inside is not allowed.

• Residents should not share keys or access codes with anyone outside the coliving space without permission.

• If you're staying with pets, kindly clean up after them and use designated pet bowls instead of kitchen dishes.

• Racism, hate speech, or any kind of discrimination won’t be tolerated. If this happens - ciao.

• If you are ordering post, do not order anything illegal. If this happens - ciao.

• You are responsible for getting known and complying with the rules and laws of Montenegro. That means you will have to take consequences and pay all the fines for your wrongdoing. We are here to help, but we are not anyone’s parents.

• In case of major law violations, we reserve the right to terminate your stay and ask you to leave.
